  • There will be no delivery from 19th December 2023 until 2rd January 2024. Normal service will resume on 2rd January 2024.

Unfortunately, we are unable to take any orders over the phone.

Unfortunately, due to the limited nature of our samples, we regret that we are unable to supply samples.

We currently don’t offer assembly as all of our furniture are easily assembled.

At this time, we currently don’t offer custom orders.

At this time, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed.

We reserve the right to cancel/not accept an order if:-

- We have insufficient stock to fulfil the order

- We do not deliver to your area

- One or more of the goods ordered was incorrectly described or priced on our website.

- The payment transaction is not authorised.

- You do not provide us with your real name, payment details including your card address, your delivery address (if different from your card address), email address and telephone number.

If you receive an error message please try the following:

- Contact your bank to make sure there are sufficient funds in your account.

- Verify you are entering the credit card’s CVV and billing information correctly.

- Verify your billing name, address and phone number matches that of the credit card used for payment.

- If the issue remains, please email our customer care sales@abbeylands.ie, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

We are accepting orders from European countries. Please refer to our Shipping policy to find out shipping rate for your region.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and American Express), as well as PayPal.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing a tracking number that can be used on the courier’s website.

You may also check on the status of your order by logging into your account on our website and clicking the ‘Order History’ tab on the left-hand side.

Due to the current situation, orders placed directly on scatterboxshop.ie can now be returned up to 15 days from the purchase date.

Please use the dispatch form enclosed with your order to return or exchange your goods. For our full returns and refunds policy please visit our Returns Policy

We are unable to take returns on products not purchased online at scatterboxshop.ie. If you purchased a product from one of our stockists, please contact them directly.

Returns typically take up to 14 days from your returning the item(s) to receiving your refund. Once it is processed, you will receive an email that is labelled “Returns Notification” to confirm.

If you have any questions about your return, please contact us at sales@abbeylands.ie so we may check the status of your return.

If your parcel does not arrive by the last day of the specified delivery time please email our customer service team at sales@abbeylands.ie quoting your order number and a member of our team will endeavour to get back to you within 24 working hrs.

If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please tell the person delivering your goods that you wish to sign as “received damaged” and contact us as soon as possible at sales@abbeylands.ie
